If you have a passion for dance, the community, and sports…then this is the perfect job for you! The Orlando Magic Dancers are consistently one of the hottest dance teams in the NBA! Currently in their 20th anniversary season in 2008-2009, team members perform at all home Orlando Magic Games and appear at a combined total of over 250 events in and outside of Central Florida such as entertaining our U.S. Troops overseas, corporate tradeshows, and much more!
Think you have what it takes to be an Orlando Magic Dancer? Auditions for the 2009-2010 season will be held on August 15, 2009!

Tryouts For Magic Dancers
SUMMER PRE-AUDITION CLASSES *Updated 7/10/09
All classes held at RDV Sportsplex
Wednesday, August 5, 2009 from 7:30p-9:30p
Assistant Manager Cherie will be teaching a high energy, stylized jazz routine to ‘Mortal Kombat’ performed by the 08-09 Dancers at the NBA Finals
Thursday, August 6 2009 from 7:30p-9:30p
Team Guest Choreographer Julie Johnson will be teaching an incredible hip-hop routine to a Magic themed ‘Blue & White Ignite Mix’ performed by the 08-09 Dancers at the NBA Finals
Saturday, August 8, 2009 from 12p-6p
Team Guest Choreographer Chris Lupis a.ka. ‘Casper’ will be teaching a high energy hip-hop routine to an ‘Everybody Dance Now’ mix that was performed by the 08-09 Dancers at the NBA Finals and Assistant Manager Cherie will be teaching a stylized jazz routine from the 08-09 season to Tina Turner’s ‘Proud Mary’. This day also includes an incredible stretch, warm-up, across the floor, and 45 minute Yoga class. You truly don’t want to miss this one!
